PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW STEPS 1-3.

STEP ONE: Please complete the form below.

STEP 2: UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS or BUSINESS ADs

Business ads, please submit your completed ad via email below. All ads must be received in JPEG or PDF form.
Personal ads that wish to include a photo should send your student’s photo(s) in PDF or JPEG form.

Please note, all files must be labeled with your student’s name or business’ name. Please submit your black and white ad images in black and white OR your full color ad images in color. All submitted items should be high resolution and in JPEG or PDF form.

AD SIZE INFORMATION: Final program will be 8.5 x 5.5 with a full color cover and black and white interior and include no bleed.

  • Full page ads 4.5w x 7.5h

  • Half page ads: 4.5w x 3.75h

  • Quarter page ads: 2.25w x 3.75h

  • Shout Out Ads: 2.25x x 1.87h (this block fits approximately 2-3 lines of text, see sample image to the left for a reference)

STEP 3: PAY FOR YOUR AD

In order to finalize your ad for the program, please submit payment:

  1. IF BY CHECK: Make checks out to Courtyard Theatre and mail to 1600 W. Austin Street, Broken Arrow, OK 74011
    or give directly to Darla Burt.

  2. IF IN CASH: Please bring your check to any rehearsal and give directly to Darla Burt. Make sure your cash is in a labeled envelope so your ad is correctly credited for payment.

  3. IF BY CASH AP: send payment to $Courtyard
